Apple replaced my malfunctioning MacBook Pro trackpad today free of charge, thanks to my AppleCare Protection Plan!
They also replaced the entire top case (excluding the keyboard) and repaired some of the internal components in my friend’s out-of-coverage, previously used, Craigslisted 2008 15-inch MacBook Pro free of charge too. That’s what I call good customer service.
